Front End Loading is the level of definition a project has prior to execution or Authorization For Expenditure (AFE). PAS-screen
The Project Appraisal System screen (PAS-screen) is a review of your internal project definition work. Our consultants will review your project from top to bottom in all of the three key areas and sub-areas to determine the level of project definition. These areas will be fully evaluated for completeness and suitability for the proposed project. A FEL score will be assigned at the end of the evaluation and areas for improvement will be identified.
PAS-access
The Project Appraisal System access (PAS-access) is completed external to your company by our professional engineers and consultants. Our team will collect all available data and present the findings for your review and approval.
