BACKGROUND IN COMPLETING FINANCIAL ANALYSIS FOR GENERAL CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS PREFERRED (water, sewer, housing, roadways). PAST WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH USTDA, OPIC, IADB, ETC A BIG PLUS. SPANISH SPEAKING SKILLS A BIG PLUS. passport and travel required
- CIVIL PE - TO TAKE MANAGEMENT AND SIGNATORY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DESIGN and CM for HEALTH CARE RELATED DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS (also ad hoc pipe crew management) If you don't get your hands dirty this is not the job for you.
